You've just set up a new system and are encountering memory issues, especially with blue screen crashes in games. Running Prime95 and MemTest86 revealed some errors, but the problem might be linked to your XMP profile settings. Your RAM is 32GB (2x16GB Gskill), rated for 3600MHz/1.35V in XMP mode, which seems fine. The CPU is a Ryzen 3200G, not overclocked, and all components appear stable. It's possible the CPU itself could be contributing due to its lower performance compared to other parts. To better diagnose, consider running another MemTest at standard speeds tonight and check for patterns. If issues persist, you might want to explore BIOS updates or hardware compatibility. Let me know what you find!

the cpu has trouble handling the ram at 3600 mhz. open bios, turn on xmp, but then lower ram speed to 3200. if that doesn’t fix it, try 2933, which should work. a bios update might also help. ensure ram is installed in slots 2 and 4.

Board is Gigabyte Aorus Pro X570. Testing at 2933, the top memory rating for my CPU. I might experiment with voltage and clock speeds a bit. Is there a maximum voltage limit I should avoid if stability issues arise? Uncertain about safe thresholds since I didn’t modify RAM on my previous setup. XMP settings are 16-19-19-39. Any advice on improving them?

2933 remains stable for about an hour in P95. I plan to test it overnight just to confirm. I’ll attempt a few games to check for a blue screen. I’ll share the voltage and timing details once I have them.

Zen+ at 3600 won't be straightforward, particularly on a 3200g chip that likely has a lower IMC compared to the premium variants.

It seems things are coming together. It's okay right now—it's just a short-term CPU. I just wish my future 5000 series CPU doesn't cause any more issues.

According to common knowledge, the 5000 series includes the 3000 series IMC, and the 3000-series appears capable of handling 3600 effectively.
