Managed to successfully run the chipset installer by disabling Windows virus real-time protection.
Update: Despite my user benchmarks and Intel XTU benchmarks returning favorable results, I decided to run Cinebench R23. The single-core score was excellent, but as soon as I executed the multi-core benchmark, it would crash, attempted 2 or 3 times with no success. Reviewing the log, it was presenting me with the same exception code (0xc0000005) as all my other application crashes, leading me to ponder... do the programs only crash when they attempt to utilize multiple cores in some manner?
After conducting some research, I stumbled upon these two threads:

It appears that following the Windows 22H2 Update, numerous individuals are experiencing the same errors with high-end Intel processors, most notably the 13900K, and everyone's issue is resolved after disabling Intel Turbo Boost in the BIOS.
I disabled mine as well, and now the system is stable. On one hand, I am inclined to RMA my chip, but on the other hand, so many people are experiencing this issue that I wonder if it's just another lottery.
Regrettably, the package TDP now does not exceed 50W, and the maximum core frequency does not surpass 3.00GHz, which entirely undermines the purpose of this chip. After work, I plan to test lowering the ratio multiplier on the P-cores and re-enabling Intel Turbo Boost to see if I can stabilize it somewhere.
Curious if anyone has any thoughts on this topic as a whole.
Thank you
