Numerous discussions about Windows 10 are happening soon. Likely some issues will arise, and you may need to restart. Have you verified if the update is already installed?

You'll receive a message indicating when your copy is ready for installation. There are reports that Windows Insider users can expect it by the 29th, while users of Windows 7 and 8.1 might get it on the 30th.

You didn't purchase it from an insider, bought the 30.1 PRO edition legally, so it should be the 30th version?

You don’t necessarily need to buy it if you don’t have a Windows 7 or 8 installation.

You're in Europe and it's the 28th of this year. To verify, check your current date or use a calendar app. If unsure, contact local authorities or an official website for confirmation.

I purchased Windows 8 Pro at launch, and as a Windows Insider I’m in the loop. My machine runs the latest Release Preview on my laptop and Windows 8.1 Pro on my desktop. I’m just hoping one or both will update soon. I only have about an hour and thirty before midnight to see what happens.
