They can't both be playing at once, so it's either he's active or you are. Kind of a simple rule but it breaks the guidelines. In Minecraft they warn against spreading this idea.

It might work, but only one person can join at once. When someone connects, the other gets removed. *Note*: Someone else got the first comment.
