Hello! Your setup with a Ryzen 7700X and 2x16 DDR5 6000Mhz RAM is solid. Enabling memory context restore in the BIOS should help improve boot times. There are generally no major downsides to this setting, but keep in mind it may increase power consumption slightly. You can safely enable it without issues unless you notice overheating or performance drops.

I use it and it functions well now—it saves me about a minute of RAM during each startup. However, with an older BIOS version it caused frequent crashes at XMP speed (6000CL30). Consider trying it; in the worst scenario it might crash, so you can turn it off if needed.

It works smoothly without issues in regular operation. It cuts POST time from about a minute to just 15 seconds on my setup.

The drawback is that if the memory setup it chooses is near the stability limit, a future startup could fail. The chances aren't very great, but they exist. You can turn it on and keep this concern in mind should your system ever stop booting.

It should work without issues, but keep an eye on stability and avoid crashes.

I turned on memory context restore and power down features, yet my startup time remains unchanged. I’m still waiting roughly 30 seconds before seeing the Windows login screen.
