I worry that my single card might be restricting my GPU performance. I'm using one GPU paired with a 16-core CPU, a 4x NVMe SSD, and a Wi-Fi card. The last four PCIe lanes are dedicated to the CPU. Could this affect my system? It seems to be working okay so far.

Identify the specific chipset being referenced. Typically, placing your GPU in the first PCIe x16 slot (upper position) works fine.

ASUS ROG Strix B450-F for gaming features a Ryzen 5 3600. The GPU is located in the top slot, NVMe is in the M.2_1 slot, and the Wi-Fi 1X card is in the bottom 1X slot.

You're welcome. I see what you mean. The 1x card isn't a problem. You've just lost the SATA ports 5 and 6. Let me know if you need anything else.
