I'm planning to test this from another perspective. Have you thoroughly checked the stability before turning on XMP? Could it be related to that, or might another factor be at play? Consider running MemTest86 without XMP first to see if it holds up to several checks. Let it sit overnight. If it still fails, your RAM might be faulty. If it succeeds, we can proceed with overclocking. Try again with XMP active. Should that also fail, it suggests the overclocking caused the issue. If it works then, another problem is likely behind the BSOD.

Thanks for your responses. Yes, I purchased it and tested it for two days before turning on XMP. Right after that, I encountered a blue screen. After making some adjustments, the issue resolved. I changed the DRAM voltage to 1.35V and kept the standard 1.1V for the SOC. I’m hoping this explains the blue screen and that it’s now fixed. Do these symptoms, along with the screenshot from bluescreenview, suggest a RAM problem? Also, could tweaking the voltage slightly have helped? I should note that I updated the BIOS after the incident.
