Activated the precision boost overdrive in BIOS and completed a Cinebench test. All processors reached 4.1 GHz with temperatures climbing to 95°C. This is typical under load; consider if it affects stability.

Normal settings apply for PBO when you have a solid CPU cooler. Relevant CPUs include Ryzen 5000 and earlier, but Ryzen 7000 (except X3D models) can handle up to 95°C. Using a higher-quality cooler helps maintain lower temperatures.

What cpu? Pics of the cooler? 95c is only a concern when cpu volt is >1.3v, otherwise it can be ignored since your cpu wont always hit those temps if this is from a zen2 or zen3 chip upgrade your cooler cause 4.1ghz is pathetic, bet even an old 775 copper core you can dumpster dive or buy for a $ or 2 would outperform whatevers attempting to cool that chip let alone a proper 4-6 heatpipe 120mm tower around 20-30$

Begin slowing time significantly before reaching 95. Prevent using four pipe coolers. Keep the temperature under control. If things escalate, the system will restart due to actual overheating.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X with stock cooler. Voltage stays around 0.985 to 1.10 volts, with a maximum of about 1.2 volts observed.
