Hello everyone, I hope you all understand my limited English. First of all, please forgive me for my weak language. I’m not sure how much I can thank you all for your help. My situation is similar—I have a slow internet connection that only provides 6MB speed with a limited 140GB download each month. Once that limit is reached, the connection drops to 256kbps, making it completely unusable for me and my sister. No matter what we do, we always run out of the package each month, and problems start between us. I’m asking if there’s a free app that could split our connection into two 3MB speeds and give each computer 75GB of download space. Do any free applications offer this? I’m really sorry if this violates the forum rules. Thank you.

Use W10 to restrict your data allowance. You can configure this on both your sister's PC and your own.

Trying to isolate and modify the specific actions that trigger the limit isn't effective. The core solution is switching to a package that doesn't impose restrictions so soon or not at all.

Unfortunately, the internet is too costly in my country. I'm looking for a reasonable solution for both of us. I believe my router can handle this. Could you share any guides that explain how to proceed? Everyone pays around 75 pounds. I'm using a W10 router, but I need guidance on the settings for this option. Thank you all for your prompt responses.
