Running shadowplay on an SSD seems fine. I usually configure the save spots and temp files on the main drive to avoid stressing the SSD.

I don’t have personal preferences, but Windows Movie Maker is a solid option for free video editing on Windows. For more advanced features, consider other free tools like DaVinci Resolve or Shotcut.

I work with Sony Vegas for editing, and my partner does too—he shares his on YouTube at http://youtube.com/TheInfusedNZ if you're interested in seeing what's possible. Movie Maker seems like a simpler and more reliable free option. For recording, we both rely on ShadowPlay and Fraps because of issues with ShadowPlay and game compatibility. Xsplit is used for broadcasting.

You're asking about the current version of Sony Vegas—whether you have the trial or the full release. You mentioned a persistent watermark in your video and are looking for a way to remove or reduce it. It seems the tag "Created with Vegas Pro 13" keeps appearing, which might be confusing. Let me know if you'd like help finding a solution or adjusting the watermark settings.

Not a proper legal method to get rid of it without paying. My partner bought it, but I don’t use it often enough to make sense of the cost lol

I discovered a method by checking online. Simply convert the video to a .wmv file using a quick search.
