I have a thermal margin of 25-30 whenever I run prime95 for 10 minutes on my overclock. Is this safe or should I reduce my OC for a better temperature?

If that is degrees, I'd say either Prime is crashing or you have a freezer inside your computer...Don't even worry about temps unless you are hitting the 80s.
What Prime version are you using? Prime can fail on a core and keep running on the others, which will obviously lower the test temperature.
