You'll face restrictions on the areas you can explore depending on the Alliance you select. Once you reach level 50, you'll be able to visit all regions, including those from other Alliances, as long as you enter Cyrodiil. This setup is meant for completing quests within your chosen Alliance's world only.
Looking for the most unique and beautiful land for RP and exploration. Each area has its own vibe—some are rich in lore, others offer stunning scenery. It really depends on what you enjoy most.
It seems likely I’d have to present this to the Aldmeri Dominion, though I personally don’t favor the Alliance for personal reasons unrelated to the matter.
