These settings seem appropriate for your ASUS STRIX GTX 970. The values provided match typical specifications and should work well for gaming. Your GPU boost clock of 1400 is within the expected range, and the other parameters appear consistent with what you're seeing from others. No major adjustments are needed unless you notice performance issues.

It seems everything is in order, though keep in mind those boost clocks might not actually hit their target because once you hit 80 degrees it will start to lag—that’s actually a positive sign (though pushing it to 85 could be risky depending on your comfort level), and I’d stick to no more than 1.25v. Also, the GPU tweak is limited to 1400mhz. Looks good ~
-good luck

I also have an Asus Strix 970, and these are my overclocking details:
You need to expand the overclocking range in GPU Tweak. Click the Settings button, then Tune tab, select TuneSetting. Check the box for "Overclocking range enchanement" to push your card beyond its built-in limits.

the thing you need to keep in mind is that if your monitor can't handle more than 60hz, you won't see more than 60fps, especially with VSync enabled, since it might improve performance but if the screen can't refresh the image at over 60 times per second, you probably won't notice anything higher.

During overclocking my GTX 770 gaming OC, testing with Kombustor consistently hits the maximum temperature I configured in afterburner. I set it to 85°C max, and it reaches that level without change. Creating a custom fan profile at 100% at 80°C works, but the temperature still rises. Some users report reaching 95°C or higher, so it seems Kombustor might be too aggressive. It would be wise to test under real gaming conditions.
