I reviewed several YouTube clips showing people playing various COD titles with high RAM configurations. These videos demonstrate lower memory consumption in action, which contrasts with your setup. Despite disabling all programs, your system still struggles with performance. Running older games like DOOM 2016 and Resident Evil 2: Remake works smoothly on your machine, but newer COD releases seem to be affected. The discrepancy suggests a possible issue with the newer titles or their optimization requirements.

The videos shared were from several years prior. From a technical perspective, your setup is outdated compared to modern standards. Your GT 1030 performs much more slowly than a 750 Ti model today.

I'm not certain about the BO3 setup on 4G RAM. It crashes immediately on my 8G 3570K, and it only works after I add extra dimms for 16G. The RAM capacity seems to be the main issue, with CPU and GPU following closely behind.
