Hello, I hope your uploaded file is displayed correctly. You're experiencing internet issues despite having an Ethernet cable connected. The small Wi-Fi icon under 'garapuvu_1' appears to show as connected alongside the main icon. When you disconnect Wi-Fi, the other icon still indicates a connection. Do you think the other icon represents the Ethernet link? If both icons show a connection, does that mean the Ethernet takes precedence?

When you run a speed test with both showing connected, the results match what happens when you disconnect Wi-Fi and check the assumed Ethernet connection. Your upload speeds are between 9-11 Mbps and downloads around 90 Mbps. I was expecting cable connections to be faster, but they seem to behave similarly to Wi-Fi—especially since you share the network with other tenants, possibly reducing your bandwidth.

Last week, the top connection (assuming Ethernet) was labeled 'guarapuvu_2 2', but now it's just 'garapuvu_1'. The new name doesn't appear in your Wi-Fi list and never existed before. You see 'Guarapuvu_2' listed, which matches your current Ethernet connection. This is confusing. If your cable is plugged directly into the router, why does the connection name change?

Also, why would 'guarapuvu_2 2' appear in the list when it shouldn't match any Wi-Fi name, yet your Ethernet connection is still listed as 'garapuvu_1'? What are the chances you're being throttled while using a direct cable? At night, even between midnight and 4 AM, when people sleep, your internet becomes unstable—like molasses. Also, what does resetting the router do? If games become unplayable or videos lag, does resetting help? And why might the speed drop only when you reset?

I tried to make sense of this so someone can assist you. Thanks! =)

Cable links tend to perform better in stability. Wi-Fi is more prone to issues from obstacles between your device and the antenna, as well as interference from nearby electronics, which can reduce speed. In the end, you receive only what your ISP provides. When speeds are near 90% down and about 10% up, you’re getting the service for the price. A full reset will clear all configurations and restore the default password. Pulling the power briefly and then restoring it will simply restart the system.

It functions by addressing specific needs, enhancing performance, and providing solutions tailored to user requirements. The benefits arise from its ability to streamline processes, improve accuracy, or save time.

Since routers function like personal computers inside a compact case, they experience identical problems such as memory leaks and other issues common to PCs. Restarting clears unused memory that wasn't properly released.
