At higher performance levels you experience slower frame rates. This results in longer intervals between each rendered image. Variations in frame timing can disrupt your accuracy, making it wise to limit FPS even if it introduces some delay. I mostly use lower settings with 2060 super textures and maximum brightness. It shouldn't impact your internet connection.

That's what I expected, but I'm still puzzled about why it feels slower when using high settings.

I adjusted my FPS in-game settings too. On high settings, I think I should reduce the capped FPS because it might show even lower performance than the limited setting. I’m trying to enjoy high settings but the lag makes it harder to play smoothly. As a result, I often lower my own settings to perform better in matches.

I've also spent a lot of time looking up the optimal configurations online. I'm sure trying your settings might help with these problems. Upgrading my monitor would be a good move too—it's limiting my performance in FPS games due to latency issues.
