CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 (LED)

My goal is to spend approximately 1,40,000 INR and create a system capable of running demanding AAA games like Grand Theft Auto and Fortnite at high settings, along with less intensive titles, all while maintaining a smooth visual experience at a decent resolution. I primarily use this computer for gaming and have no plans for video editing or streaming activities.

I would also like to determine if any components from my older setup could be reused. If not, this is the configuration I'm currently considering:

This proposed build totals around 1,41,831 INR with Windows 10 included. I don’t intend to overclock at this time, although I understand that future overclocking would require an upgraded cooling solution.
Could you offer any feedback or suggestions? Also, if I were able to increase my budget slightly and acquire a 1080 TI, would the existing configuration still be suitable, or would there be any performance limitations? Are there any potential bottlenecks within the current proposed build?
