I've been struggling to secure Windows 10 for days. I've installed all the necessary updates, tested the command prompt tool, and enabled auto-updates for both important and recommended patches. I'm using a genuine Windows 7 Professional installation, which should work properly. Still, I'm worried about installing Windows 10 from a USB drive. Will it recognize my Windows 7 key and switch seamlessly without any issues, or could this cause problems by installing an unofficial version? Appreciate any guidance!
