Update! Works great just with a DC In port. Amazing improvement from Vega 8 to GTX 1650. The only issue is the GPU crashes when using FurMark2—it doesn’t seem to handle full performance well. Not sure if it can be fixed, but otherwise everything is working perfectly.

It seems there might be a power or heat concern. The voltage in the port could be insufficient.

The DC In port features a 12v 8a charger, but I believe I can exchange it for a 12v 10a model. Regarding the temperature, it stays within normal ranges (25ºC to 30ºC when not gaming), not overheating, and the fan spins steadily until it crashes, then it rapidly spins loudly, almost like a plane on the roof. Fortunately, what I usually play—Yakuza series and The Binding of Isaac—doesn’t rely entirely on GPU power, so this shouldn’t be too problematic. Still, I’d prefer fixing it just in case.
