I don't see any new options worth buying for under $40, even in the US where prices are usually good. Used PSUs come with risks, but the only alternative to waiting is a decent used item that's already in use.

It's 360W for the 12V rail so while it's a junk PSU there should be enough power. Undoubtedly based on a really old design as it doesn't mention anything about ATX version so I'm guessing probably around 20 year old design.

It technically has sufficient power, but it's just broken. Even worse, it's outdated and worn out.
