This works only when your second monitor is connected. EDIT - you shared the same time as me.

I've noticed some users facing problems with dual monitors after upgrading to Zen 2, particularly when streaming videos. While my setup hasn't had issues so far, I'm having trouble finding a solution.

I might consider reverting driver updates for several years to assess improvements. EDIT - have you turned off V-Sync in the Radeon settings? Which monitors are active, and what connector type are they using, including any additional adapters?

I have a 1920x1080 monitor at 60Hz and another at 1920x1080 at 30Hz. My main is the 60Hz one, using DVI, while the secondary uses HDMI. I plan to test reverting settings tomorrow—it could work.

I've already tried reverting back multiple times, testing five different versions including the old AMD Catalyst drivers. The issue keeps happening even with just one monitor, it disappears when you turn off the second monitor, but then resumes after about 10-20 seconds. I assumed it was a GPU performance problem, but when I limited the frame rate, the card ran at 40% and the issue persisted.
