I recently switched from FX-8350 to Ryzen 3 3100. With my second monitor connected, games on the main screen seem to have VSync enabled, causing noticeable input lag and making the mouse feel slow. My system specs include a Ryzen 3 3100, Asus Prime B450M-A, and G.Skill Ripjaws V 2x8 at 3200MHz.

Did you perform a new operating system installation after replacing the motherboard and using a USB drive, not relying on the factory reset?

I checked the latest Windows 10 2004 version, but the issue seemed to persist even after switching back to an older release.

They said DDU and reinstalling the GPU drivers is the best approach.

I handled that with my initial setup, but it didn't work.
