I’m not good at drawing, so I’m focusing on digital art. I plan to start with vectoring an image using Inkscape. After converting it, can I still use Inkscape for coloring, shading, lighting, and similar tasks, or should I look into another free tool that handles those things better?

I understand many people use Sai, but I’m not sure how it helps with drawing or anything else you’re curious about.
