Yes, you can prioritize the Windows boot process on your USB drive. You can set the boot order in BIOS/UEFI to load Windows first when starting up from the USB. Additionally, you can configure system settings or use tools like Task Manager to adjust boot priorities if needed.

It seems you're dealing with a USB flash drive that contains personal data. To use it as a boot drive, you'll need to format it properly. You can't boot directly from a hard drive that only holds the Windows 10 installer.

I've already set up the media creation software. I'm going to start from the USB and switch to the SSD. I need to find out if I can adjust the boot priority so it loads only the system files and skips personal data.

The Windows 10 installation disk won't start your system unless you adjust the boot order to prioritize it. The language used here is unclear, so I might not fully grasp your issue.

Ensure all files in the main folder have executable permissions at runtime. Move those files into a separate subfolder. Only use the Windows installer as the boot method.
