Sure, I can help with that. The location you set in Steam should appear in your Steam library once you save the game there.

Place it in the steamapps/common folder, open Steam, and reinstall the game. It will detect the existing files instantly. Note: This applies only to Steam games. If not on Steam, you'll need to add it manually and it will appear as a non-steam title.

It's uncertain, but you can add it later to your Steam Library. It will appear as a non-Steam game, showing up in that way. You'll also need uPlay enabled to play it.

I'm unsure what to believe. I assumed it could be a simple method. Still, doing it without keeping Uplay on my PC would be fine. I saved the file to Steam Apps, which I don't think will cause issues. I'll attempt to add it to the Steam library once downloading is complete.
