I just added Corsair’s icue rgb program to my PC and saw it slows down to 10-15 seconds before entering sleep mode when I press FN + sleep. With Aura Creator installed, the system shut down almost instantly. I’m curious if there’s a way to fix this problem.
Electric lights need power to function. Trying to hold the device and turn it off might help. It’s possible it could work that way. You might need a different setup like a switched outlet. Just remember this might not be your preferred solution.
I don’t believe the issue is with the system. It seems to stem from a software glitch. When I used Asus aura creator for lighting control, it worked fine. However, after installing icue for RAM management, the computer would shut down briefly and then restart, leaving the screen dark while fans continued to spin. Additionally, the keyboard stayed illuminated even after shutdown.
I understand. It seems like these software tools often have a lot of issues. ICUE stands out somewhat, but it remains quite problematic.
