Initial setup cost was $1234.50, but it felt a bit lacking. Performance dropped to 54FPS in League of Legends. AMD software would occasionally crash during league play. Alt+Tab triggered a black screen on both screens. Monster Hunter World consumed 83% CPU and 73% GPU. I refreshed the drivers, but nothing clear. Operating system is Windows 10 Pro 21H2 with BIOS from American Megatrends International. RAM: 16GB (8x2), CPU: Ryzen 5 5600, fan: Vetroo V5. Motherboard: MAG B550 Tomahawk. Storage: Silicon Power A60 1TB M.2-2280 NVME SSD. Power supply: EVGA 210-GQ-0650-V1 650W (80+ Gold). Case: NZXT H510 Flow ATX mid tower.

Verify the drivers from the chipset, LAN, and other manufacturer sites. Obtain video drivers directly from AMD.

I reviewed the video, but the concept of downloading drivers isn’t clear to me. After getting the drivers from MSI, they arrived as a compressed archive, which can be tricky to handle.

Extract the archive and set up the driver. A commonly used tool is 7-zip. https://www.7-zip.org/download.html Updated August 1, 2022 by GeorgeMKane

You should gather BIOS information, driver files, firmware updates, and utility tools from the MSI website to ensure your system runs smoothly.

From the driver area, chipset, audio, and LAN manager. Begin downloading and installing them first. Once done, restart your computer and check if it resolves the problem. It’s usually a good idea to remove and reinstall your graphics driver at the same time. Download the AMD Adrenalin tool from the official AMD site; the latest version is recommended. WHQL is often more thoroughly tested than other graphics drivers on their page. Edited August 1, 2022 by GeorgeMKane

I don’t understand how to set up the AM4 RAID Driver-9.3.0.296 or the Realtek HD Universal Driver. There’s no obvious tool to download, unlike the other ones.

This method works well for checking driver updates before installation. You can use cleaner’s driver update tool, though the paid version restricts access. It’s easier to identify which drivers require updating and then download them yourself.
