I've been working on this for what feels like a long time. UEFI is turned on in the BIOS, but I can't enable secure boot in the BIOS or via Command Prompt, nor can I change my disk format in Disk Management. I've tried everything Microsoft recommended.

What are the details of your device? Your system may not be compatible with Windows 11 because it's outdated.

So if u really want that windows 11 u can enable Secure Boot by searching it in the Bios (pleas specify what type of MainBoard u have) or u can just not enable secure boot and use windows 11 without it. Step 1: Getting Windows 11 Iso file u can get ur Windows 11 iso here: Windows 11 ISO (Scroll to the bottom "Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) for x64 devices" select the only option and "download now") Step 2: Getting Rufus Rufus Download : here Step 3: Setting up that Rufus and Bypassing the restrictions Open rufus and select ur USB Stick that u want to use (u can check if it is the right one by comparing the driver letters in windows explorer) in the tab "Boot Selection" click on "SELECT" and select ur windows 11 iso from ur download folder Partition Scheme should be the one that is preselected by default (GPT) if that does not work try MBR u can safely ignore the target system Format Options is not relevant for ur purpose so it stays like that "START" after clicking on the "START" button u see a small windows opening up "Windows User Experience" that is the crucial part that u cant mess up or it wont work. Click on "Remove requirement for 4GB+ Ram, Secure Boot and TPM 2.0" that is the option that removes that secure boot thingy that wont let u install it. u can play with the other options too "Create a local account with the username : " that removes the microsoft account requirement for windows 11 Installing Windows 11: U need to click on OK and wait for the USB Drive to be ready make sure u back everything up u may need on Windows 11 (DISCLAIMER: This type of windows 11 installation removes everything u have on ur current drive if u want another method without loosing everything tell me) Here is a step by step how to install windows 11 with the ready usb drive: LINK Step 4: Have fun? so now u have windows 11 yay
