She and I both purchased the Deadspace 3 game codes from Newegg. I received a standard edition code that worked perfectly, while her code for the limited edition kept triggering the error during launch. The Ea folder via AppData was missing the DeadSpace.txt file for her, so we transferred it to hers. We attempted manual resolution changes and launching in windowed mode as recommended online, but it didn’t resolve the issue. Your system specs are noted: A8-7600 CPU, RX460 GPU, 4GB RAM, 16GB RAM—thanks for the help!

The system should include information about the hardware, such as the GPU. Is yours different from hers? If so, it might prevent the game from recognizing it. Reinstalling the driver on her PC should resolve the issue.
