The key you purchase must be activated via the official source. They handle all their games internally, according to what I understand.

It doesn't matter how you get it—purchase it through origin, a store, or online. Once done, your game library will automatically add Battlefront II [Version]. The trial includes both the trial executable and the final game, so everything is set up instantly.
