Consider trying a CPU reseat. Did your coworker verify that all the power cables are securely connected?

so we are able to go to bios. so its just that theres no boot device so it reboots but it doesnt seem to want to boot from usb, it shows the usb in boot menu but doesnt boot into windows setup

this process doesn’t work as expected. q-flash begins, allowing us to choose f4d from the USB drive and load it completely. It confirms it’s ready to reboot, yet once the system restarts it remains stuck at f3.
