Did you also use the Windows installation? Please perform a complete reinstall and ensure you install the chipset drivers.

I performed a clean installation of Windows 10 Pro 20H2 on my M.2 NVMe SSD. All drivers from ASUS and AMD were added, while I skipped the chipset drivers from AMD since they appeared outdated compared to the ASUS versions. After updating the BIOS and restoring default configurations, I ran Cinebench again—still received a score of 500 for the multithread test. Once I upgraded the BIOS, the Fan xpert profiles were removed, and I can no longer adjust the RPM speed on my chassis fan, though this isn’t a major issue at the moment.

I don’t suggest using a BETA version. Recent issues over the past month have been fixed by rolling back Beta BIOS, but I recommend trying the latest non-Beta BIOS instead.

My scores were Multitread 507 and single core 505. It seems there might be an issue, though I'm unsure if it's related to the CPU or memory. I can't just purchase a new CPU or RAM right now — I don't think any pins were bent during installation. The CPU seemed to drop into the socket holes, and the matching triangle was correct. When installing the CPU, the socket pin felt slightly tight but not overly so, so I didn’t apply much force. BIOS lists my CPU as 8 cores, 16 threads, 3.60 GHz, which matches what I see in Task Manager and Ryzen Master.

It looks like the standard mode also works on a single core. You might need to adjust settings or run it in a different profile to ensure full utilization.

Navigate to Cinebench Preferences and verify the setting there. Ensure the custom thread count is unchecked if it’s enabled.
