I've gathered your list and checked the steps you've tried. Everything seems to be in order, but since this is your first build, it might help to double-check each connection and ensure all components are properly seated.

Yes, share images of the assembly. Lights activate upon connecting the PSU power. Front panel connectors are correctly installed. Pressing the case's power button triggers the process.

When I switch on the PSU, no lights activate, but pressing the power button causes the fan lights to turn on and all linked fans begin spinning.

Consider removing the graphics card and linking the display directly to the motherboard to check if the problem lies there.

I linked it to the motherboard and it asked the monitor to turn on, but it kept showing "no signal found." Linking to the GPU doesn’t make the monitor react either.

The 2700x model lacks built-in graphics, which means this won't function properly

2700x lacks an igpu, so linking a monitor to the motherboard won’t work. You might try moving the GPU to the second PCIe slot and check. Are the fans running? Make sure the cable is properly attached to the PSU.

I adjusted the connection point for the GPU on the power supply and still didn’t see any improvements. The fans continue to operate no matter which slot they were placed in.

OP's friend didn't connect the graphics card to the PCIe slot. We appreciate the assistance and have fixed the problem. Would you like this discussion closed?
