We just completed our first build and everything worked until the first start-up. The PC powers on, but there are no beeps. The GPU and RAM lights are on, along with fans and the AIO unit running. I've tested HDMI and DVI, but no signal appears. I removed the GPU using the integrated graphics and used just one stick of RAM. I reset the CMOS. I realize I need to update the BIOS for Gen13 Intel, but even then the video doesn't display. Assistance would be invaluable—I'm struggling a lot. The keyboard doesn't light up, though the PC case ports do. I've switched monitors without any improvement. The error codes we see are: 00 7F 59 54. System details: Intel 13700k, EVGA Z690, Kingston Fury Beast RGB, 32GB DDR5 5600MT/s, CL40 power color, Red Dragon AMD Radeon RTX 6800 XT with DeepCool, LT720 360mm, WD_BLACK 1TB, SN850 NVMe, Crucial MX500 2TB, 3D NAND SATA, 2.5 CORSAIR iCUE SP120 RGB ELITE, and a 1000W 80+ Platinum fan kit from CORSAIR. BenQ BL2711U is also included.

Check the manual for instructions on updating the BIOS when the CPU isn't installed, specifically on page 144. Attempt the process.

I've attempted to force a hot flash on the BIOS, but I'm encountering either E1 S3 Boot Script execution or E8-EB S3 Resume Failed errors based on whether I'm using a USB drive with just the bin file or an EVGA USB with all files.

I also watched this video since my setup is complete, yet it remains unresolved.

I also faced the same problem with my second build. I missed connecting the motherboard, and it took me three hours to figure it out!

Make sure it’s connected with the tiny MBP power connector, the 4 or 8 pin type. Often the easiest problems are the simplest ones, lol.
