For that GPU, the recommended minimum PSU is 650 W. I would definitely exceed it—preferring a high-quality 1000 W unit.

It's possible I haven't reviewed this recently (it would be good; also, you picked a small case, so double-checking this PSU is important). You might want to think about the alternative: Corsair SF1000L SFX Gold Modular 1000W ATX 3.0 Power Supply.

One tip: smaller cases work well when space is limited, but bigger cases are usually simpler to assemble and offer more component options (you avoid getting GPUs that are excessively long, etc.).

I don’t have much space on a small desk.
Edit 1: will search for a smaller power supply that fits the situation, thanks for the suggestions – my budget is around £1300 and I’d like to keep the PSU cost within that range.
Edit 2: I picked the RX 6700 XT Sapphire and it fits in the case.
