Just completed assembling my PC, now only the GPU is here today. The CPU has integrated graphics, so it shouldn’t cause issues starting it? The keyboard lights up when the PSU is activated. The front case fans only turn on briefly. The PSU appears fine as it functioned during the paper clip test, but it doesn’t spin when connected to the motherboard. I also tried using just one RAM stick instead of two, but no changes occurred. CPU model: Ryzen 5 7600; RAM: DDR5 6000 MHz Kingston MoBo Gigabyte b650m DS3H; PSU: Be quiet Pure Power 12 M SSD. Hi there! It's nice to see you joined the forum. Thanks for sharing the video—it looks like it involves shorting, which matches what you described. Have you set up all the standoffs in the case? Those tiny pieces that keep the case and motherboard separated? I've faced a similar problem; it was the PSU that triggered to safeguard my motherboard from shorts. If possible, try taking the motherboard out of the case, put it back in the motherboard tray, and see if you can boot up.

All the barriers are set up correctly and none are causing damage to the module from behind. I ran a test boot before finalizing the setup, and the issue persisted. It might be better to take it to a specialist for a proper diagnosis before proceeding further.
