Intel Pentium III running at 450mhz paired with Nvidia Riva 128, 4MB PCI, and Black Magic Voodoo2 12MB. Originally thought to be for Quake 2 or Heavy Gear; it was a while since I built it up.
The initial device commonly referred to as a GPU was the Nvidia GeForce 256 due to its hardware changes and lighting effects.
