I’ve spent the whole time looking at the motherboard box, just hooking up the LED indicators to check the status lights. I’ve managed to get it posted again on a random schedule and am now updating the BIOS using ASUS EZ Flash 3 along with my flash drive. Do you think this will solve the problem?

Hopefully, simply updating the BIOS is sufficient; just wish you could do it without losing power since that would damage the BIOS. Next, verify the flashing process and speed for the Q-LED Core alongside the power LED. Continue scrolling to the bottom (unless detailed in the manual) of the motherboard documentation to find the required information. PRIME Z690-P WIFI|Motherboards|ASUS USA
