It remained consistently between 40-44C throughout.
Still, I was able to get the system running, though I’m not entirely confident about the details. I turned off fastboot and then performed a restart to check if the CPU temperature continued rising. At one point, I quickly downloaded the AMD drivers and it became more stable. However, the system still crashes when trying to shut down, and neither Wi-Fi nor Bluetooth are functioning.

I recommend sending these parts back to the motherboard, though keep trying to rebuild the setup. Clearly, the reason for the failure isn't yet known, and the situation could get worse.
