MS typically lets people change languages, but it's not always clear if this is true

The ISO sets the language options you can access. It varies based on the ISO available for download. The latest version is mainly aimed at the EU, which means you might select your preferred language during installation. Once installed, don't expect to alter the language settings afterward.

Yes, you can achieve this by exporting the ISO of the desired version in your preferred language. An AIO installer could also handle it, though compatibility with multiple versions needs checking.

The "AIO" installer refers to a specific method where you verify the available languages in the ISO file before purchasing. It’s important to confirm that the language option matches your needs. You might contact the seller directly to clarify this before completing the transaction. Ensure the ISO you receive supports the desired language, and for PRO versions, the language selection typically occurs during setup. The exact process can differ depending on the ISO's design.

Also I've mentioned AIO (All in one) W7 iso, which includes all W7 releases (including 32-bit options). It functions with standard versions. My most recent setup was a fresh install on a compact PC—though it needed a quick call to confirm, and we have a free MS phone number available. I didn't notice any "n" versions listed, but I didn't scroll far enough in the list.
