These Ryzen 3rd generation chips have very limited headroom, so it's best to focus on memory first. Doing it now feels like jumping into a tough game mode. @LukeSavenije Is this an outdated model?

it's not that bad after all, though it feels outdated compared to modern specs (especially for 600w systems). I shared my thoughts on why you shouldn't swap fans in a PSU—opt for a fresh one if possible.

Isn't PBO a significant change on its own? I believe it's just my adjustment that triggered the issue. It produces a high-pitched sound when the computer is powered off, as long as it remains connected to the MB. It also emits some noise even when disconnected from most devices (including a power cable left unplugged), which seemed unusual to me.
