I've just assembled my first PC using the parts you found here: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/BeerHun...ved/tHYrGX. I'm worried about the temperatures and noticed thermal throttling on my CPU after running Cinebench R23, which scored 23465. I've attached a log from hwinfo for reference. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Yeah... these chips should handle it, but the cooler needs to be set up right. Confirm the paste application and pressure are correct. Also, verify the fan curve for the CPU cooler so it ramps up properly. Most systems come with default 'standard' or 'silent' settings—adjust to a more aggressive profile if needed, or switch to the 'performance' preset (name might vary by BIOS).

Your CPU temps remain stable across all P cores whether idle or under Cinebench load. This suggests your cooler setup is likely correct. 13th Gen Intel CPUs behave like ovens; the air cooler you purchased may not provide sufficient cooling for high loads such as a full stress test. Most motherboards set turbo limits very high to boost performance. Lowering turbo power can help cut heat, though it may reduce peak performance. You might also try adjusting the CPU voltage by about -50 mV. I’m unsure if your B760M board supports undervolting, but Intel is adding microcode updates that block this for 13th Gen chips. Consider whether you built your rig for Cinebench or gaming—most games won’t push it as hard. If you must run at full capacity often, upgrade the cooler or tweak turbo limits in BIOS to prevent overheating.
