I've been running Windows 7 since the beta ISOs came out. No issues ever occurred. I upgraded my motherboard and encountered my first blue screen. The SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION signature was detected. Details: Problem Event Name, BlueScreen OS Version 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48, Locale ID 1033. Additional info: BCCode c5, BCP1 0000000000000008, BCP2 0000000000000002, BCP3 0000000000000001, BCP4 FFFFF80003804157. I ran a memory test on the PC and confirmed RAM is fine. Cleaning the PC weekly helps because it gets dusty, but no issues arose since it's new. Hardware: AsRock H77M board, Intel Core i5 3330, 8GB Corsair XMS3, 500GB SanDisk SSD (boot), 160GB Maxtor 10K RPM (games), 160GB WD Blue 7200 RPM, RAID0. GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1050 TI SSC ACX 3.0, GTX 460 SE 1GB OC, Corsair CX600, PSU.

If it's an isolated incident, I wouldn't give it a second thought. it's actually amazing you haven't gotten a blue screen until now. if it happens again that's something to be worried about.

I am cautious during updates and always check the knowledge base before installing. It seems connected to a program that starts automatically. I turned it off and the error messages stopped. Sometimes it shows issues at memory address 00000000.
