Use four pins connected together as shown in the picture. The clip end should attach to the bump on the MB socket.

Yes, I started one fan and it's working while the other isn't. Is the front fan in the case connected to SysFan 2?

It will install correctly into BIOS even without a proper connection. Within BIOS, you have the option to turn on or off specific fans on most systems; if this applies to you, make sure sysfan2 is activated.
