You're starting your AMD build with a GA-AB350N-Gaming WIFI (rev. 1.0) and facing boot issues. It seems you're unsure about the CPU compatibility and whether a BIOS update is needed. Feel free to try any solutions—check CPU match, consider a BIOS update, or consult your motherboard manual. Good luck!

You haven't provided enough details about your setup. Please share your intended CPU, RAM specifications, cooling solution, storage type, operating system, and planned software or games. That way I can give you more accurate advice.

AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 3400G offers 3.70GHz performance across four cores with AM4 socket. I also experimented with a CorSAIR Vengeance RGB RT 16GB (2x8GB) using DDR4 SDRAM and an NVMe SSD, paired with a stock cooler. It includes a built-in Windows 10 setup, though it’s intended for my child’s Minecraft sessions and YouTube videos.

OK. First off it will support your chip but you do need to update the BIOS before it will work with it. For updating, look here on how to do it. Download the manual for it and simply follow the instructions. https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-...ort-manual Now, here's the part you don't want to hear. Ryzen and Corsair Vengeance RAM DO NOT like each other too well. This has been a problem for a long time now and although you may get lucky and have it to work without problems, I would at least "Expect" (Don't be suprised) some issues from this board and CPU gen running with those sticks. If you start having random crashing, errors popping up and just overall weird behaviour taking place that's probrably it because all that is well documented and frankly, there have been more threads/problems with this exact issue than I can count, with the sticks ending up being the source of these problems. If in doubt, refer to the board's QVL list for sticks that are supported correctly and go from there.

It seems the issue might be with the RAM, as mentioned by @Beerzerker. I attempted to install a first-gen Ryzen setup but quit due to the very weak memory support.

Here’s a revised version of your message:

So far, thank you to all who are offering advice and trying to assist me. After reviewing the instructions, it seems I need to press the delete key during the post when the power came on—I’m not sure if it’s actually posting because there’s nothing visible on the screen. I’ve switched my RAM to an 8GB DDR4 3200 MHz stick. The file I uploaded is 71530721444__2DCB5013-4163-4DE6-B2C3-77C186D32BB4.MOV, and I’ve also reset the CMOS.

If those sticks are listed on the board's QVL by make and model, it should function. If not, there might be an issue. Some boards have specific requirements for the sticks they accept, which can vary based on the board itself. Also, remember whether you purchased the board new or used. Another factor could be ensuring your monitor uses the right input port configuration—such as HDMI 1 or HDMI 2. Not all monitors automatically detect and switch to the correct setting. If it's incorrect, you'll likely see a blank screen until you restart the system and adjust the settings in your monitor menu (VGA, DVI, HDMI 1, HDMI 2) to find a compatible input.

I purchased the board used condition. I’ve checked every stick of DDR four RAM I own, and none appears on this vendor’s list. I haven’t faced this issue with Intel boards before, lol. I think I’ll consider buying different RAM. That option is listed on the qualified vendors list. Thanks again for your assistance.

I own some Adata 3200C16 sticks that my sons' Asus boards tolerate well. The old B-Die units run smoothly at 2000 MHz, though boards and RAM can behave unpredictably. I've faced memory problems with Intel too. I won't purchase Corsair RAM again because of past issues with their DDR2 sets.

I have a CPU compatible with this board.
I purchased RAM from the QVL list.
I tested three different power supplies.
I removed the NVME module just to see if it would work.
The power supply is spinning, the CPU cooler fan is running, the system fan is active, and the mouse laser is on, but the keyboard doesn’t light up.
It might just be a faulty board.
