Hey there! Remember when Frozenbyte launched Trine 3 on early access? I was considering getting it early because I really enjoyed the first two titles and wanted to support the developers. But I’m still curious about the details.
1. If I purchase now for early access, will I need to buy again once the game is complete?
2. Besides playing sooner, early access offers other perks like getting a deluxe version or the soundtrack when it launches?

Purchasing a game in Early Access provides developers with additional resources to enhance the product. As a player, you gain access to alpha/beta versions of the game. You retain ownership of the game regardless of its current status, and upon completion, you'll own it outright.
You'll receive the game once it's completed and available. Early Access often provides it at a lower price than the final release. 2. The details vary by title. It's typically mentioned on the store page regarding what's included, similar to pre-orders. I wouldn't consider this one in early access; I pre-ordered the previous version and tested the beta. Since I prefer not to be rushed into an incomplete story, I'll opt for the full release (likely deluxe) when it becomes available.
