Hey, I have a question for anyone who knows what could be wrong. I bought a new computer and it turns on fine, but when you click the link, it just says no signal. However, I can still hear music in the background, so the machine is definitely plugged in. Also attached some pictures. Does this look like a power supply problem or something else?

Where is your video cable plugged in? Motherboard or graphics card?

Is this a new prebuilt system? If so, contact the retailer you got it from and inquire about the issue.

Yeah, it is already built and fine. But just to be sure, do you think there could be a problem with this?

It's hard to guess what happens because we don't have all the details yet. Did this work before? What kind of parts do we need for that?

If your product is still under warranty, contact the manufacturer for a fix or call technical support.
