Hello everyone... curious about why A-XMP isn<|pad|>?on my BIOS. You noticed it’s missing, even though it should appear right before the DRAM frequency setting. This looks like an MSI B550M P Gen 3 RAM setup from Kingston, using Hyper X Fury 8GB at 3200MHz each. What seems to be the issue here?

I believe you should click the tabs next to the CPU section labeled A XMP profile 1, then look for the next one. Above where the two hammers intersect at settings, try that option.

I've already attempted that... I'm having trouble getting it to work. Hmm.

Your RAM is configured at 3200 MHz manually, not automatically adjusting.

Yes...since I enabled auto before, the settings don't show up. The axmp profiles 1 and 2 remain grayed out...could there be an issue with my motherboard?

I'm more likely to question the RAM. Apparently Dell had been using Kingston Fury RAM in their earlier models, which operated at 3200 JEDEC. It's possible you came across one of those sets. Go into Windows, download and launch CPU-Z, then navigate to the SPD section. Check if an XMP profile exists there or if it only displays JEDEC. If an XMP profile is present, the issue might be with the board or BIOS version, but otherwise it points to the RAM itself.

Yesterday I opened CPU and it displayed dual in the channel section...now it shows 2x64bit...is there anything incorrect with this?

2x64bit and dual channel refer to the same memory configuration. This applies to the RAM level, not the performance rating section. Move to the next tab.

That device lacks an XMP profile. You can't turn it on for XMP since it doesn't support that format.
