Considering your PC specs for Halo Infinite on PC, it’s good to check if they’re sufficient. Your setup includes a Ryzen 7 1700, GTX 1070, and 16GB RAM. At 1080p resolution, this should handle the game well, though performance may vary based on your system’s overall load. You might want to test it and see how it feels. Others with similar configurations often report solid experiences at this setting.

I received around 30-40 frames per second at 1080p low on a 3200g system with an RX480 4GB. A 1070 offers better performance, and with some tuning I achieved a more consistent 40fps (CPU running at 4000MHz all cores, GPU power boosted, fans increased). A 1070 could likely handle 50-60 frames per second at 1080p low.

Are you referring to multiplayer or campaign modes, or both? I believe you won’t face any issues running it, since it isn’t overly demanding. You should have enough RAM, and the 1070 chipset is sufficient. I can’t assess your CPU’s power usage directly, but it shouldn’t be a problem. In general, my recommendation is to purchase it on Steam. That way, you can test up to the 2-hour refund policy and evaluate its performance. P.S., do you know the details about Steam refunds?

I'm discussing the campaign. I've run a few spec checks on game-debate and the outcomes there indicate medium to high, though I'm a bit doubtful. I'm aware of the refund policies and have used them several times.

You’ll have no issues with 8GB of VRAM at 1080p medium 60FPS. It won’t be demanding on your CPU. The digital foundry video is set to ideal configurations. Watch the initial seven minutes for the best experience.

If you've played it many times, why not try something else now? It gives you a clear picture of your performance. Keep in mind, the game begins inside a spaceship environment with fast-paced action, but once you enter the open world, the frame rate drops significantly. Early on I was seeing 130-140fps, but it fell to around 75fps or lower when navigating crowded areas with lots of enemies, vehicles, and obstacles. Just be aware—if you're having trouble maintaining a smooth frame rate at first, expect similar challenges later.
