You're facing a common issue when downloading Android ISO from Google. The persistent Captcha seems to be the main obstacle. Since you're using Chrome or Firefox without a proxy, try these steps:

1. **Clear browser cache and cookies** – Sometimes outdated data causes problems.
2. **Use incognito/private browsing mode** – It can help bypass certain restrictions.
3. **Try a different browser** – Some users report success with Firefox or Edge.
4. **Check if the site offers alternative downloads** – Some versions might be available via other methods.
5. **Consider using a VPN** – If the Captcha is location-based, a proxy or VPN might help.

If you're still stuck, let me know your exact browser version and operating system for more targeted advice.

I'm frustrated when this occurs... My usual fix is just to close the page and try again. Occasionally, even a refresh doesn't help. Please let me know your experience, and I may have another approach if needed.

You chose your own response as the best? Well, that’s odd with this CAPTCHA glitch.
